US MSP with customers in Europe

One coordinator for your customers' sites in the USA and Western Europe, white-label and scoped in writing.

Quick answer

What is the answer?

If you are a US MSP or integrator and your customers have sites in Europe, use one coordinator that covers both sides. Deploris scopes each job in writing, sends a vetted local engineer under your brand, and returns a closeout report to your ticket. It handles single visits as well as rollouts, and does not approach your customer.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

The situation.

You run IT for customers in the United States, and some of them have an office in London, a store in Dublin or a rack in Frankfurt. Most of the time remote tools are enough. Then a switch fails, a new starter needs a desk set up, or a colocation provider asks for someone on site, and nobody on your team is within a flight of the building.

The usual answers are slow or risky. Flying an engineer over costs days. Hiring a freelancer you found online leaves you accountable for someone you have never met, in a building with rules you do not know. Large field service companies often want volume commitments or only work for manufacturers and global integrators.

What works is preparing before the ticket arrives: one partner who already knows how to scope work in both regions, can brief a local engineer in the site's language and time zone, and reports back in your format, under your brand.

What goes wrong when it is handled badly

  • The ticket waits for days while you look for someone local.
  • An engineer you do not know turns up without the right access, instructions or language.
  • Building or colocation rules in Europe, such as visitor registration, are missed and the visit fails at reception.
  • Your customer sees another company's name and starts to wonder who they are paying.
  • Notes come back in a format you cannot attach to your ticket, so you cannot prove the work was done.
  • Data protection questions on a European site are not settled before the engineer arrives.

HOW WE HANDLE IT

How we approach it.

  1. STEP 01

    Agree the partnership terms once

We agree white-label or subcontract terms, your reporting format and a written commitment not to approach your customers. Small first jobs are welcome.

  2. STEP 02

    Scope each job in writing

For every request we write the site, task, access rules, language and time window, the evidence you want back and who may approve changes.

  3. STEP 03

Arrange access and brief a local engineer

We confirm visitor registration or building rules with the site, then brief a vetted local engineer on your instructions and on how to represent your service.

  4. STEP 04

Run the visit in your time zone

The engineer works to the agreed window and keeps your team informed by phone, chat or your ticket, so a European visit can happen while your US team is online.

  5. STEP 05

    Close out in your format

You receive notes, photos and test results for your ticket, and a closeout report you can pass to your customer under your brand.

What you receive

  • Partnership terms with white-label options and a non-solicitation commitment
  • A written scope for each job, including access, language and time window
  • A vetted local engineer briefed on your instructions
  • Updates during the visit by phone, chat or your ticket
  • Notes, photos and test results in your format
  • A closeout report you can pass to your customer

QUESTIONS

Common questions.

Which European countries can you cover?
Deploris coordinates engineers in Western Europe, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Portugal. Availability for a specific city and task is confirmed in the written scope before work is committed.
Will my customer know Deploris is involved?
Only if you want them to. In a white-label arrangement the engineer and the reports represent your service as agreed in the scope, and Deploris commits in writing not to approach your customer.
Is a single visit worth setting up?
Yes. A single remote hands visit or desk setup is scoped like any other job, and there is no volume minimum. Many partnerships start with one small job to test access, communication and reporting.
What about data protection on a European site?
Settle it in the scope before the visit: what data the engineer may see, whether photos may show screens, and how devices or media leave the site. Your customer's own policy and contracts decide the details.
How does pricing work?
Pricing follows the written scope for each job or program. Tell us the countries, the type of work and the expected volume, and we quote against a scope.
