Overview

What is Rollout & Migrations?

Rollout and migration services cover the planning, staging, deployment, and validation of new hardware or software across an organization. This includes OS migrations, device refreshes, retail POS rollouts, and office relocations where every endpoint must be configured, tested, and handed over to end users with minimal disruption to daily operations.

PROCESS

Five-phase engagement.

  1. 1

    Discovery & Scoping

We audit your current estate, document dependencies, and define success criteria with your project stakeholders.

  2. 2

    Planning & Staging

Build the master schedule, procure and pre-image hardware, and configure staging environments for testing.

  3. 3

    Pilot Deployment

Roll out to a representative pilot group, capture feedback, and refine the runbook before full-scale execution.

  4. 4

    Full Rollout

Deploy across all sites following the agreed schedule, with daily progress reporting and escalation protocols.

  5. 5

    Hypercare & Closure

Provide dedicated post-deployment support, resolve punch-list items, and deliver the final project report.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How many devices can you deploy per day?
Throughput depends on the device type, how many sites there are, building access and how much migration each device needs. We estimate it per site when the work is scoped, and for high-volume retail estates we plan parallel deployment crews so several stores run at once.
Do you handle data migration from old machines?
Yes. We use enterprise migration tools (USMT, Zinstall, or your preferred solution) to transfer user profiles, files, and application settings. Each migration is validated against a pre-agreed checklist before the old device is decommissioned.
Can you manage rollouts across multiple countries?
Yes, across the USA and 10 European countries. One engagement manager coordinates the project, and vetted engineers from our network are assigned per site, with availability confirmed when the work is scoped.
What happens if a deployment fails at a site?
Every rollout includes a documented rollback procedure. If a critical issue is detected, we revert the affected site to its prior state, escalate to engineering, and reschedule once the root cause is resolved.
How do you track progress across hundreds of sites?
We provide a live project dashboard showing completion rates, open issues, and upcoming milestones. Your project manager receives daily status emails and can access real-time reporting at any time.
