VIP & Executive Support.
White-glove, priority IT support for C-suite executives, board members, and other VIP users with dedicated engineers and proactive service.
Overview
What is VIP & Executive Support?
VIP and executive support provides priority, white-glove technology assistance to senior leaders and board members. Dedicated engineers offer rapid response times, proactive device management, home office setup, travel kit preparation, and technology coaching. The goal is to ensure executives never lose productive time to IT issues.
WHY IT MATTERS
Why VIP & Executive Support matters.
For senior leaders, a technology failure rarely stays private. A frozen presentation in front of the board, a video call that drops during a negotiation, or a phone that stops syncing the day before travel is visible to people who matter, and the leader has little patience for a ticket number. Standard queues treat requests alike, which suits typical staff but not someone whose time is scarce and whose devices hold sensitive material. Without a dedicated route, executives either improvise, ask an assistant to chase IT, or rely on a family member, which creates its own risks.
Good executive support is quiet and anticipatory. One engineer, or a small team that knows the leader's preferences, learns how the person works: which devices, which rooms, which apps, and how they like to be contacted. Devices are checked before problems appear, meetings are prepared in advance, and issues are fixed with minimal explanation. Discretion matters as much as speed. Deploris coordinates vetted engineers for this role and agrees how access, confidentiality and escalation will work with your IT lead before the first request arrives.

CHOOSING
Choosing this service.
What to decide before you order, and what sits outside the scope.
Decide who qualifies as VIP
Set the list with your IT and executive offices, and name someone who can approve changes to it. If the list grows without limits, priority loses meaning and everyone is treated as urgent. Many buyers start with the senior team and board, then review the list at regular intervals.
One engineer or a small team
A single named engineer builds deep familiarity but leaves a gap during absences. A small group shares knowledge and offers cover, though leaders may prefer one familiar face. Consider the executive's habits, travel patterns and how much continuity matters to them before choosing.
Personal versus corporate boundaries
Executives often blend work and home use. Decide what the engineer may touch, such as a family printer or a personal tablet used for email, and what stays out of scope. Put the boundary in writing with the executive's agreement so no one is surprised during a house call.
Home, travel and event scope
Clarify whether support covers home offices, secondary residences, trips and company events, and who pays for equipment and travel time. Remote guidance is often enough for trips, while an onsite engineer may be arranged where the destination allows. Agree the expectations before an urgent situation arises.
Not included
- Support for family members' personal devices and non-work home systems is outside scope unless it is agreed in writing beforehand.
- Internet provider faults and utility problems at a residence cannot be fixed by the engineer, only diagnosed and reported.
- Onsite help at distant travel destinations depends on local engineer availability and is arranged case by case rather than assumed.
- Legal, HR or security investigations involving an executive's devices belong to the proper internal teams, not the support engineer.
USE CASES
Typical scenarios.
A CEO and 12 C-suite leaders at a multinational company needing dedicated, named engineers available 18 hours a day across two time zones.
Board members requiring secure device provisioning and home office setup ahead of quarterly board meetings.
A private equity firm providing white-glove IT support to partners who travel frequently and need guaranteed same-day resolution worldwide.
PROCESS
How the work runs.
- 1
Executive intake conversation
The engineer meets each leader or their assistant to learn devices, preferred contact method, working hours, meeting habits and any past frustrations. Preferences are recorded and shared only with those who need them.
- 2
Device and environment review
Laptops, phones, tablets, accessories and the main work locations are checked against your standards. Ageing batteries, outdated software and weak home connections are listed with suggested fixes for your IT lead.
- 3
Event and travel preparation
Before board meetings, presentations or trips, the engineer tests equipment, prepares spares and confirms access to files and conferencing tools. Rehearsals are offered where the leader wants them.
- 4
Discreet follow-up and review
After each request the engineer confirms the leader is satisfied, logs the work with minimal detail and raises recurring problems with your IT lead. Periodic reviews adjust the VIP list and service.
